An international neo-nazi organization based in Russia and Ukraine led by Michail Chkhikvishvili, a 21-year-old Georgian who was indicted in 2024 for allegedly planning to poison children via candy distributed by someone dressed as Santa Claus.

 

They produce “handbooks” that explicitly call on adherents to commit school shootings and engage in terrorism or other violent means.

 

They are also known as MKY, MMC, MKU, and Maniacs: Cult of Killing, among other names.
